Child Safety Standards

Not A Zombie is a dating platform for adults, operated by NotAZombie, Inc. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This page sets out our standards and what we do when they are broken.

1. Adults only

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Not A Zombie, as our Terms of Use state.
  • Everyone gives their date of birth when they sign up, and we refuse registration to anyone under 18.
  • If we learn that a member is under 18, we disable the account.

2. What is prohibited

The following are banned on Not A Zombie, in Tiles, profiles, photos, messages and anywhere else on the service:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, edited or AI-generated imagery.
  • Any content that sexualizes a minor.
  • Grooming: contacting, befriending or manipulating a minor, or someone presented as a minor, for sexual purposes.
  • Sextortion, and any threat to share intimate images of a minor.
  • Trafficking, or advertising or soliciting a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Sharing, requesting or linking to any of the above.

3. How to report

  • In the app or on the site: use Report on a member's Tile, profile or conversation. Choose Something else and describe the problem. Reporting also blocks that member for you.
  • By email: write to office@notazombiedating.com. You don't need an account to report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.

4. What we do

  • Every report reaches our team directly, together with the reported profile and, for a conversation, its messages.
  • We review child safety reports as our highest priority.
  • We remove violating content and disable the accounts involved.
  • We preserve the relevant records for law enforcement.
  • We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, as US law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement and other relevant authorities.
